Woman Claims She Was Stalked by Annapolis Gunman: ‘I Have Been Tormented’

The woman who was stalked for years by the Capital Gazette gunman says she was “tormented” and “traumatized” for a long time. “It has changed the fiber of my being,” the woman, who did not wish to be named, told the “Today” show Monday. With her face in shadow, she said she was a high school classmate of Jarrod Ramos, the man accused of killing five people in The Capital Gazette newsroom Thursday.
