Melania Trump's 'Secret' Flight to Palm Beach Tracked by Amateur Web Sleuths

Playing Did Melania Head to Mar-a-Lago With Barron Trump on a Secret Flight?

The first lady flew out of Washington, D.C., Thursday night unannounced.

Melania Trump's secret flight was discovered by amateur aircraft watchers, who spotted the first lady's code name, “Exec1F.”

“Melaniaforceone... Heading towards Florida!” tweeted one sleuth.

The flight was tracked all the way to Palm Beach, where it landed at 6:44 p.m.

Melania Trump’s secret flight immediately came under fire because it came on the same day that President Trump canceled a military flight for Democrats heading to Afghanistan. Melania is getting out of town as the shutdown battle is heating up with both sides battling over the longest government shutdown in history.

The White House has not confirmed the first lady's trip, but it's widely assumed she took son Barron to Mar-a-Lago for the holiday weekend.

Melania hasn't been spotted since New Year’s Eve, when she was photographed taking selfies at Mar-a-Lago.

On Jan. 13, she tweeted pictures of snowy scenes from the White House. She has no public appearances scheduled for the foreseeable future.

When asked what she's up to, her spokesperson responded, "We are in the planning phase for 2019 in terms of 'Be Best' and annual functions at the White House."
