Mom Wakes Up to Find Intruder Bathing Her Toddler

The mom reportedly fought off the intruder and called 911.
An Ohio mother was startled awake in her own home, only to find an intruder bathing her 2-year-old son, police said.
Areica Hill was pulled from sleep by the sound of her dog barking, she told officers. She went to check the front door and that's when she saw a woman she didn't know, "bent over the tub, with my 2-year-old in the tub," Hill told WCMH-TV in Columbus.
"I've never heard of anything like this," she said.
Hill said she fought with the woman, and while her boyfriend held onto the intruder, Hill called 911.
Columbus Police Department officers arrested Elizabeth Hixon, 22, and charged her with burglary. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 25. She has posted bail.
