Oregon Man Wins $118,000 Lottery Prize While Cashing in Another Ticket
He said he'd been playing the same numbers for years.
An Oregon man won a huge lottery prize while cashing in another winning ticket.
Sam Hawley, of Portland, visited the lottery payment center to pick up the money from a $1,750 previous win when he bought another ticket at the state’s Special Keno 8-Spot, according to lottery officials.
That purchase led him to win $118,759 more.
He had apparently been using “the same number for years.”
It definitely paid off.
