Samuel Bracey won $250,000, while his wife got $10.
They say good things come in pairs!
A husband and wife won back-to-back prizes in the South Carolina Education Lottery, but one of them might need to share.
Samuel Bracey nabbed a quarter of a million dollars after buying a winning ticket at the Corner Market & Grill, a grocery store in Lancaster.
He wasn't the only winner, though: He bought a ticket for his wife, who won $10.
“I told her I’d share," Bracey told The Herald.
Bracey said he has modest ambitions for his winnings.
“I’m going to play golf,” he said.
