Man Proposes to Girlfriend Disguised as Patient at Nursing Facility Where She Works
Leo Biasiucci requested the help of nursing facility staff so that he could pretend to be a patient before surprising his girlfriend, Taylor Tamayo, and getting down on one knee.
A man expressed his undying love at the Arizona nursing facility where his girlfriend works with a staged proposal.
Leo Biasiucci requested the help of the staff so that he could pretend to be a patient before surprising his girlfriend, Taylor Tamayo, and getting down on one knee.
“Taylor and I have been dating for over five years and so I was beyond ready to propose to her,” Biasiucci told T&T Creative Media. “I decided to get a hold of a couple of her co-workers at her nursing facility and planned this great proposal. I pretended to be a patient at her facility and the rest is history.”
Biasiucci pretended to be a sick patient named “Willum Arryme,” a play on the phrase “Will you marry me?”
At the time, Tamayo thought that Biasiucci was in Pheonix for the weekend. But on Jan. 20, dressed as a patient, Biasiucci pretended to fall out of his bed as Tamayo began her shift.
In a video of the proposal, posted by T&T, Biasiucci pops up off the ground as Tamayo bends down to check on him. She is in utter shock as Biasiucci reveals himself and pops the question.
After the big stunt, she said yes.
“I wanted it to be memorable and truly a surprise,” Biasiucci added.
