    Doctors Remove Nearly 7-Pound Bladder Stone From Patient

    Doctors in Sri Lanka claimed a new record after removing a bladder stone roughly the size of a newborn. Doctors successfully excised a 6.8-pound stone during a procedure last leek at Trincomalee General Hospital. It is the largest documented bladder stone ever removed through surgery. It is believed to have been in the patient for between five to 10 years.
