7-Year-Old and Family Rescued After Being Stranded Off Florida Coast

It took a daring rescue when a family was left stranded in the ocean after their boat capsized due to strong winds. Four adults and three children were stuck in turbulent waters off the coast of Tampa, Florida. In the distance the underside of the boat could be seen bobbing the waves. Video shows a rescuer tossing a rope with a buoy to the family. Fortunately everyone was wearing life jackets and they were all pulled to safety.
