It was big news earlier this year when seven-year-old Joey Evermore became the youngest person ever to climb the forbidding El Capitan peak in Yosemite National Park. But now there's controversy after it’s been reported that people called child protective services (CPS), questioning dad Joe Evermore’s parenting skills and alleging he endangered his son. CPS declined to investigate the claims stating they did not meet its criteria.
