A 9-year-old boy took on a town hall in Colorado and won! Dane Best lives in Severance, Colorado, which outlawed snowball throwing. So he started a petition and went before the board to state his case. The board unanimously agreed in his favor. Now that he's won the battle with local government, he's on to another battle.
