Cops Break Window To Rescue Twin Toddlers Left In Car While Dad Was At Bar

Law enforcement officers from the Albuquerque Police Department in New Mexico say they had to break a car's windows to save twin 20-month-old boys left alone for hours outside a bar. The rescue was caught on officer body camera. When the children's father showed up, his excuse was that so many people wanted to dance with him, he couldn't leave, according to the police report.
