Debate Rages Over Whether Ft. Hood Shooter's Execution Should Be Livestreamed

The Secretary of Defense has announced the execution by military firing squad of convicted Ft. Hood mass shooter Nidal Malik Hasan will be livestreamed. That decision has ignited considerable blowback, and Hegseth is defending it. In 2009, Hasan opened fire at the military base, killing 13 people and injuring dozens more. His execution, scheduled for Dec. 3, will be the first military firing squad execution since 1945.
