    Gunman John Hinckley Jr was overpowered by Secret Service agents after shooting former President Ronald Reagan. Hinckley was motivated by his obsession with movie star Jodie Foster. Now, 46 years later, Hinckley sent the 63-year-old  actress a message. He spoke out on a podcast with Mark Joseph, producer of the 2024 movie "Reagan," which will be re-released on September 25th. The interview took a sinister turn when Hinckley admitted he considered shooting Foster instead of the president.
