A mom was in the throes of giving birth in her garage. Fortunately, her husband was there to deliver the baby. Their other kids looked on as the event unfolded in the family's driveway. Husband Damien Mahone, who is a deputy sheriff, was at work when he checked his home surveillance camera and saw what was happening. His wife Christina's water had broken. Damien rushed home and helped deliver the baby. New baby Scotti joined sister Merci and brother Xander.
