She has a face you won't forget, and now has the title to prove it. Jinny Lu is the winner of The World’s Ugliest Dog Contest. The event took place at the Sonoma County Fair in Santa Rosa, California, with dogs from all over the world competing. Along with her new title, she and her human, Michelle Grady, won $5,000.
