Arkansas State University Names Drum Major Alandria Maddox as Homecoming Queen

When Alandria Maddox was crowned homecoming queen at Arkansas State University, she did not get a second to celebrate. That’s because the 20-year-old history major is not just the homecoming queen, she's also the band's drum major. The band needed to perform immediately after the ceremony. Still wearing her wrist corsage and her crown, Maddox fired up the band with a wave of her hands.
