California Residents Chase Down Man Suspected of Setting Hillside on Fire

When California residents in a hilltop neighborhood saw someone apparently setting a fire, they quickly sprang into action. The neighbors did not wait for authorities when they started chasing the suspect down. That's when he's pinned to the ground by local residents. Sheriff's deputies arrived and arrested Alejandro Martinez. The 41-year-old allegedly had multiple lighters and a mini torch on him.
