Colombia Captures Suspected Drug Trafficker With Plans to Extradite Him to U.S.

Officials in Colombia are celebrating what they say is the biggest blow to drug trafficking since the death of Pablo Escobar. The country’s armed forces arrested Dairo Antonio Usuga, also known as Otoniel. He is alleged to be the leader of the Clan del Golfo, a drug trafficking operation with about 1,200 armed members across 10 provinces. He is accused of sending dozens of shipments of cocaine to the U.S. among other serious charges. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
