Dad Finishes Neil Diamond’s ‘Sweet Caroline’ Coronavirus Parody Song

Chris Maddox calls himself the “crisis crooner.” He’s written parody songs to some of the greatest hits like “You Give Love a Bad Name” and “Sweet Caroline” all from inside his closet. After Neil Diamond swapped out some of his lyrics about hand washing and posted a video of him singing them on Twitter, Maddox decided to finish them. “I am trying to maybe be a little light in the darkness around mental health,” he told InsideEdition.com.
