Daniel Penny Found Not Guilty in NYC Subway Chokehold Death of Jordan Neely

Daniel Penny was found not guilty in the New York City subway chokehold death of Jordan Neely. Witnesses say Neely yelled at passengers on a subway train in 2023 and frightened them. Penny held him in a chokehold for about six minutes. Neely was pronounced dead at a hospital. Penny's lawyers portrayed him as a hero who came to the aid of terrified subway passengers.
