Donald Trump says he would be a dictator only on day one if he was re-elected. Trump made the extraordinary vow at a town hall in Iowa, moderated by Fox News host Sean Hannity. Now, Trump's “dictator” comment is sparking outrage. Meanwhile, Trump will not be attending the Republican primary debate in Alabama. It also marks Megyn Kelly's return to the moderator's chair.
