Driver Rescued From Burning Car After Evading Traffic Stop: Cops

A fire extinguisher was used to help save a man from his burning car after it crashed and flipped over. It happened in Chappaqua, New York. Police in Westchester County say the man sped off after attempting to pull him over. That’s when the driver lost control and crashed into another car.
