These are unusual eco-friendly innovations. In 2022, Bartleby and Sage in New York created edible silverware for guests at their catered parties. Also in 2022, Jordanian food artist and molecular gastronomist Omar Sartawi created high-end and eco-friendly handbags made from oranges.
