Puppy Freed After Getting Stuck in Culvert

A puppy is saved. First responders in Elk Mound, Wisconsin, were called to help rescue the dog after it got stuck in the culvert. The first deputy who arrived had a tough time with his tools, so two other officers grabbed a catch pole and got it around the puppy’s leg. That’s when they were able to pull the dog out safely.
