Lemuel Buster was moved to tears when members of his Georgia community pooled their resources to present him with a new car after his old one broke down. Weeks later, the car would save the 76-year-old volleyball referee's life. Buster woke up in the middle of the night. He was short of breath and barely able to get himself out the door.
