These high school sweethearts are finally getting their dream wedding, 21 years after they got married. Kristin and Jeff Colburn had just graduated from high school when they tied the knot, but Kristin felt like the wedding ceremony was rushed. She wanted to have a second chance at her big day, so she entered Hallmark's "Making Up for Missed Moments' contest and won. The couple was flown out to Missouri where they got to share a special moment together, renewing their vows almost two decades later.
