At just 18 years old, Oliver Soldberg is the winner of Sweden’s first elite rally since the country went into lockdown due to COVID-19. He won with his biggest fan in the passenger seat, his mom. Although Oliver said his mother, Pernilla Soldberg, was giving him advice, he didn’t listen to her.
