Is Bacteria Causing Some Watermelons to Explode on Kitchen Counters?

Some people are freaking out after their watermelons started to explode out of nowhere. It happened to retired biology teacher Julie Raines. When her watermelon started hissing, she took it outside and made a small cut in the fruit to release the gas. Lisa Moskovitz, CEO of the New York Nutrition Group, says the extreme heat we're experiencing across the USA is causing bacteria to grow inside watermelons. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
