Is This Man Wrongly Accused of Attempting to Kidnap a Child?

A man has been accused of kidnapping a boy at an Atlanta Walmart. Caroline Miller says the shopper asked where Tylenol was. She says that a tug-of-war over the kid started. Mahendra Patel has been charged with kidnapping and simple assault. He has denied the allegations. According to his attorney, newly released surveillance footage shows Patel asking about the Tylenol, but there does not appear to be a kidnapping attempt.
