Is this small town the safest place in the United States? That’s what some have dubbed Point Roberts, Washington, a tiny isolated enclave near the Canadian border that has zero cases of COVID-19. The town spns about 5 square miles and has a total population of 1,300 people. Point Roberts is also reportedly a popular relocation site for the federal witness protection program because it’s protected by an international border and the Pacific Ocean.
