Ivermectin Drug Company Warns It’s Not an Effective COVID-19 Therapy

Joe Rogan has recovered from COVID-19 and is back on his podcast, and he’s defending his use of horse deworming medicine Ivermectin as part of the cocktail of drugs he took to combat the virus. While Rogan credits the drug for his quick recovery, he also took a number of proven treatments for the coronavirus. Most medical experts agree, ivermectin is not an effective treatment for COVID-19, and its manufacturer, Merck, warned that there was “no scientific basis” to say that it is.
