"Avengers" star Jeremy Renner posted his first video since his horrific snowplow accident in Nevada. Renner is wearing a special rinse-free shampoo cap while his sister Kym helps him out. His speech is a bit slurred but he seems in good spirits despite the severity of his injuries. Police say the 51-year-old actor was run over by his 14,000-pound snowplow as he tried to help a family member whose car was stuck in the snow.
