Joshua Riibe's Passport Seized as Search for Sudiksha Konanki Continues in D.R.

The passport of the spring breaker last seen with missing college student Sudiksha Koonanki has been confiscated. Authorities say Joshua Riibe must remain in the Dominican Republic as the investigation into the mysterious disappearance continues. Ribee has not been named a suspect. The 22-year-old is just a person of interest in the disappearance. His family is speaking out today saying they have "serious concern" and he is being "detained under irregular conditions.
