An Alabama mom who was shopping for kids' clothes got a creepy feeling when she felt something brush up against her leg. Allison Hoch says it was a man trying to film up her skirt. But Hoch tells Inside Edition's Alison Hall she turned the tables on the guy, and ended up catching him on video. She called 911 and was able to direct police to the suspect's location. The suspect was arrested a short time later at a restaurant.
