Halloween means that the TV talk show hosts are getting dressed up in costume to spread spooky spirit - even if they don’t have an audience in the studio to “boo” them on. Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest followed strict COVID-19 protocols, taking tests and having their temperatures checked to get decked out in full costume as arch enemies from “Tiger King.” Ryan dressed as Joe Exotic, and Kelly played the embattled Carole Baskin.
