A Lock of Beethoven's Hair Sells for $45,000

How much is a lock of your hair worth? It may not compare to Ludwig van Beethoven's, which just fetched about $45,000 at a Sotheby's auction in London. The German composer originally chopped off a piece of his hair and handed it to a fellow musician, as a gift for his wife.
