Man Says Gilgo Beach Murders Suspect Rex Heuermann Spied on His Wife While She Sunbathed

The neighbor of the Gilgo Beach murders suspect says he caught him spying on his wife. Former New York City firefighter Etienne Devilliers tells Inside Edition's Les Trent that his wife complained that Rex Heuermann would stand in his backyard and stare at her over the fence as she sunbathed. That claim comes as a former escort Nicole Brass is coming forward to say she had a chilling date with the accused serial killer.
