Man Says Mom Injured When Delta Airlines Employees Tied Her to a Wheelchair

A man is upset after he says Delta airlines employees tied his mother to a wheelchair. Nathan Saliagas says he wasn't on the flight with his parents from Atlanta to Amsterdam.
