Miami Beach Implements Curfew After 2 Fatal Shootings

The mayor of Miami Beach, Florida, is calling for an end to spring break. His demand comes as an outbreak of violence has shaken up the city. In one fatal shooting, spring breakers were walking along Ocean Drive in South Beach when a man was suddenly gunned down at point-blank range. Cops say the suspect fired nine times. Now, the city is declaring a state of emergency and implemented a midnight-to-6-a.m. curfew starting March 23rd to March 27th.
