During the day, the students at Syracuse University are all bundled up in scarves and bulky coats as they head off to class. When night falls and the temperature plummets, the coats come off. However, they may not realize the fun can turn tragic in mere minutes. Dana Anderson's daughter, Katelin, was a student at Pikes Peak State College.
