New York City’s Subways Cleanup Effort Begins With Mixed Results

Authorities in New York City have begun acting on their plan to put a stop to the city's homeless population from sheltering on trains and in the subway. The crackdown comes amid a rise in violent crime in the subways, including six stabbings this past week alone. Inside Edition went with teams of cops and mental health workers as they identified mentally ill and homeless people who may be living on trains, and worked to get them the help they need.
