Who steals a tree? This guy, apparently. Staff at Mi Burrito in Portland, Oregon, say this man keeps stealing the plants in front of their restaurant. They say he’s done it three times and that he’s always caught on surveillance, but this most recent time, he showed his face. The suspect still hasn’t been found, and Mi Burrito staff asks that anyone who recognizes this person calls the police. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
