Pearl Harbor Survivor Says People 'Just Walk Away' When He Talks About World War II

WWII veterans are returning to Hawaii to take part in the 80th commemoration of the Pearl Harbor bombing. The attack on Pearl Harbor by Japanese forces killed 2,403 Americans, including 68 civilians. 101-year-old Pearl Harbor survivor David Russell says some people do not believe the veterans’ stories. Russell said, “‘When we talk about it, people don't believe us. They just walk away.” During the commemoration, the recently identified remains of 33 Sailors from the USS Oklahoma will be buried.
