People Are Base Jumping From Notorious ‘Graffiti Tower’ in Los Angeles

There’s a whole new problem at a notorious graffiti-plagued Los Angeles high-rise: base-jumping. Video footage from the jumper’s point of view at the Oceanview Plaza Towers in downtown L.A. has gone viral. That prompted Mayor Karen Bass to warn, “We do not want to see a tragedy take place, and I guarantee you that a tragedy will take place there.” The city council has given the buildings' developers until tomorrow to start cleaning up the property.
