Police Searching for 28-Year-Old Arkansas Woman With Distinctive Tattoos

Family and Friends are circulating fliers searching for a missing Arkansas woman. Shelby Ratliff hasn’t been seen since May 5. Fayetteville Police say Shelby was last seen around 2 a.m. leaving an area with several bars and restaurants. Shelby Ratliff is 28 years old. She’s got several distinctive tattoos, including a sunrise, eight ball and a rose and dagger on her left arm.
