Rescuers Use Rotary Saw to Rescue Trapped Chihuahua

First responders in California had to use a rotary saw to rescue a dog. A chihuahua mix had been doing some digging and somehow managed to get stuck under a concrete patio. The crew had to figure out the dog's location, and then, obviously, take care to not harm her with their saw. "We were able to cut out a 3-by-3 square area," Capt. Fernando Herrera of the Riverside County Fire Department told InsideEdition.com.
