Someone Shot Hole in a Water Tower to Make It Look Like Johnny Cash Is Urinating

A water tower in Kingsland, Arkansas, where country music star Johnny Cash was born is causing much commotion in the town of 300 people. Apparently someone with a sharp eye and a sense of humor shot the water tower – which bears the silhouette of Cash – in a place where it looks like he is urinating from dozens of feet in the air. Some residents find it funny, but the local government does not. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has more.
