A Kansas teacher has an amazing way to greet her third grade students each morning, all 22 of them. The handshake tradition began four years ago when Jerusha Willenborg started teaching at the elementary school. Each kid gets her or his very own personalized, secret and very elaborate handshake with the teacher. There are dance moves, claps, snaps and even hip bumps. The students get to come up with the handshakes.
