Teacher Sentenced to 60 Days for Sexually Abusing Student

A former teacher in Texas has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a 13-year-old student. For three years, Marka Bodine sent him explicit photos, videos and texts. According to police, Bodine, 32, and the student had sex in her classroom and in her car. However, there's controversy over what some say is an incredibly light sentence. Bodine was sentenced to only 60 days, although prosecutors asked for a maximum 40-year prison term.
