Even after seven days, the spark of hope remains for those buried in the rubble of the Miami condo collapse. Some people in other building collapses have survived as long as 27 days buried in rubble. Amy Downs knows better than anyone what it’s like: she survived the Oklahoma City terrorist bombing in 1995. She’s sending a message of hope to the families of the missing in Miami, saying she found strength to hang on that she didn’t know she had,when she needed it most.
